2nd place for Joshua Day, Superstock 600, WSBK Brno

USA rider Joshua Day, supported by Carbonin parts and design, achieved his best result of the season in the European Superstock 600 class at Brno World Superbike round. Day had been fastest in first qualifying on the Revolution Racedays Kawasaki, and was set for pole in the final minutes of final qualifying before a slower rider blocked him in the last turn. In the race, there was to be no Hollywood ending for Day as despite posting the fastest lap of the race in the final minutes, he was just not close enough to attempt a pass – crossing the line in second place and 0.2 sec behind the Italian rider.
